CHRIS HOWARD

Chris has over 20 years of technical, sales, and managerial experience in the coatings and printing ink markets. His experience includes 17 years in technical manager and technical director roles for both suppliers and coating manufacturers in a global setting. Chris has a BS in Polymer Science from the University of Southern Mississippi. Based in Richmond, Virginia, Chris is a Sales-Product champion on the national level for the supplier and customer alike.

Brian has over 18 years of technical and managerial experience supporting markets such as Coatings & Printing Inks, Release Coatings & Silicone PSAs, Home & Personal Care, and Specialty Fluids. His experience stretches across product improvement, technology innovations, and technical support through laboratory roles ranging from staff chemist to technical team leader. Brian has a BS in Chemistry from Wofford College and is based in Fort Mill, SC. He is a Product Manager with national engagement for the supplier and customer alike.

His background spans strategic planning, supplier performance management, and cross-functional work with Sales, Operations, and executive leadership. Will holds a BGS in Public Relations and Marketing with a concentration in Sales from Georgia Southern University. Based nationally, he serves as a Business Manager at Lintech International with engagement across both supplier and customer partnerships.

THOMAS BARTON

Thomas has over 17 years of experience in the chemical industry, joining Lintech in 2017. Before joining Lintech, he held roles of increasing responsibility in R&D, technical, and sales leadership. In his current capacity, Thomas analyzes market trends, identifies growth opportunities, and creates category plans to drive business results. Thomas holds a B.Sc. in Biology and an MBA from Texas Wesleyan University. Based out of Dallas/Fort Worth, he serves as an SME at the national level.

KERRY DEMELLA

Leading marketing and product strategy, Kerry brings her wealth of experience working at the intersection of science, strategy, and communication. Prior to joining Lintech, she worked at Gelest where she led the Applications R&D group, worked closely with customers to solve technical challenges, and led the development of a new website for improved technical communication and customer experience. Across these initiatives, she worked closely with executive leadership to develop strategic initiatives to bridge science and business. Kerry holds a Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Maryland, where she focused on emergent properties in polymer capsules, and has a number of technical publications and patents.

ROSS KEMPSTER

Ross has over 15 years of technical sales, sales management, and marketing experience in the coatings industry. He has worked for several Fortune 500 coatings manufacturers selling raw materials into the CASE markets, in addition to writing specifications for coatings materials. Ross has a BA in Economics from the University of Tennessee Knoxville, and an MBA. Based outside of Orlando, Florida, Ross manages the lower Southeast Technical Sales Team and part of the Midwest Region.

Andrew has a BS in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University and is working on his MBA at Lamar University. Based in Orange, TX, Andrew is a Business Development Representative responsible for discovering opportunities to grow existing business as well as identifying new opportunities for current products throughout the Southwest.

David Garland is a Technical Sales Representative serving the West/Southwest Region. He brings a strong background in technical and account-driven sales, with prior experience as an Account Manager at Brenntag within the Household, Industrial, & Institutional division. Before Brenntag, David held sales leadership roles at IKA and served as a Clinical Sales Representative at bioMérieux. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from East Carolina University and is currently enrolled in the Executive MBA program at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. David also holds a Six Sigma White Belt certification, supporting his data-driven and process-focused approach to customer solutions.

In her prior role, Janna was an Account Manager for Sealed Air – Cryovac selling to the food packaging materials and equipment market. Before this role, she was a Regional Sales Manager for American Biltrite selling specialty industrial rubber products which is alignment with our Parker Lord Chemlok rubber bonding adhesives product line. Janna also has worked with Huber and Univar in her prior work experience. She graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communications.

JAVIER PRUNEDA

Javier has more than 20 years of account management, technical sales, and laboratory experience in the B2B chemical industry. He has held roles with BASF, Huntsman, Kaneka, and ExxonMobil, supporting business growth, strategic account management, distribution channel expansion, and long-term customer partnerships across diverse industrial markets. Javier has expertise in polyurethane systems, TPU, polyurethane foam, spray systems, acrylic and MBS impact modifiers, process aids, and titanium dioxide applications. He has a BS in Chemistry from the University of Houston and an MBA in International Business from the University of St. Thomas. Fluent in Spanish and based out of Houston, TX, Javier supports accounts in the Southwest region.

Based in the Macon office, Andrea handles inside technical sales for all markets in the Southeast, Southwest and West.

Blake joins Lintech International as an Inside Sales Representative, bringing a strong technical foundation and a relationship-driven approach to supporting our customers and suppliers. He graduated from Georgia College & State University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and leverages that background to assist customers in navigating formulation challenges across Lintech’s core markets, including coatings, adhesives, and plastics.
Prior to joining Lintech, Blake gained valuable industry experience in both research and commercial operations, having worked in Research & Development at KaMin and as a Demand Planner for TenCate. This unique combination of technical insight and supply chain perspective allows him to provide responsive service and practical solutions to our customers. Blake is focused on building strong partnerships and delivering the level of support, agility, and expertise that defines the Lintech experience.
