After over 30 years of steady growth, Lintech now serves customers across the US in a range of markets including coatings, adhesives, rubber, plastics and composites. With a sales and customer service team that averages more than 20 years in the chemical industry, and with thirteen warehouses across the nation, Lintech has earned a reputation for excellent technical sales, responsive customer service, and award winning logistical abilities.

His leadership has positioned Lintech for continued strategic growth.

Julie Hinson-Van Brunt

Julie has been with Lintech for over 25 years, playing an essential role in the company’s growth by managing accounting, finance, customer service and other administrative functions. In her current role as CEO, Julie also oversees sales, and is a vital contributor to corporate strategy and planning.

Randy has over 30 years of experience in the chemical industry, with over 15 years in sales management at Lintech. Randy’s vast knowledge of the markets and products will focus Lintech’s efforts in meeting the needs of increasingly sophisticated industries and suppliers.

Jason Webb

Director of Sales


Jason has over 15 years of technical, sales and management experience in the chemical industry, including 4 years of technical sales experience with a global coatings resins manufacturer. As Director of Sales, Jason will focus the efforts of Lintech’s highly experienced technical sales team to support the business strategies of both suppliers and customers.

Randy has served in operations at Lintech for over 20 years, and is instrumental in maintaining the Best In Class service that sets Lintech apart. Randy is a Certified ISO Lead Auditor, a Lean Champion, a Six Sigma green belt, and is a board member on the Regulatory Review Board of the National Association of Chemical Distributors.

Chuck manages the business of a number of principal suppliers at Lintech. Chuck’s 20 years in specialty chemical sales and management position him well to understand the products, applications and markets for the extensive range of Lintech products. Chuck works with suppliers and the sales team to focus efforts in the field.

Jay has over 15 years of experience in the chemical industry. As Director of Marketing, Jay will support the diverse markets that Lintech serves, ensuring that the best mix of products and suppliers is available to a broad and diverse customer base.
