Lintech International LLC was established in 1983 in Macon, Georgia as a distributor of specialty chemicals and minerals to businesses in the southern United States. After over 40 years of steady growth, Lintech now serves customers across the US in a range of markets including coatings, adhesives, rubber, plastics, and composites. With a sales and customer service team that averages more than 25 years in the chemical industry, and with twelve warehouses across the nation, Lintech has earned a reputation for excellent technical sales, responsive customer service, and award-winning logistical abilities.

Julie Hinson-Van Brunt

President and CEO

Julie has over 38 years of experience in the chemical industry, joining Lintech in 1985. Julie became CEO & President in 2013, having assumed the leadership role from her father and founder, Tom Hinson. Julie has worked to continue to carry on and expand the mission, vision, and culture created by Tom over 40 years ago. As CEO, Julie focuses her efforts on leading Lintech’s strategic management team, ensuring the organization is ready to meet the increasingly complex needs of our customers and suppliers.

Randy Griffin

Vice President of Operations

Randy has over 30 years of experience in the chemical industry, joining Lintech in 1992. Randy has managed operations at Lintech through his full tenure. Currently, Randy serves as our VP of Operations. Randy leads our Customer Service, Warehouse and Supply chain teams. As VP of Operations, Randy’s efforts are focused on strategic initiatives in our Supply Chain, Quality Management and Environmental, Health and Safety processes.

Chuck Churn

Chuck has over 25 years of experience in the chemical industry, joining Lintech in 2002. Chuck has held a variety of roles in his career including sales representative, business manager, and director of principal relations. Chuck, in coordination with Lynn Bukovic (VP Market Strategies & Principal Relations), leads the relationship strategies with our principals. As VP of Principal Relations, Chuck focuses his efforts on managing relationships with our strategic external stakeholders, as well as leading efforts for new principal acquisitions in key industrial markets.

Jason Webb

Jason has over 20 years of experience in the chemical industry, joining Lintech in 2013. Jason has held a variety of roles in his career, including R&D chemist, technical sales rep, distribution manager, director of sales, and director of technology and sales operations. Currently, Jason serves as VP of Technology & Sales Operations. Jason leads our Technology teams (IT & Business Analytics) as well our Sales Operations teams (Marketing, Technical & Product Management). As VP of Technology & Sales Operations, Jason’s efforts are focused on strategic alignment between internal and external stakeholders around key growth initiatives.

Jay Downs

Jay has over 25 years of experience in the chemical industry, joining Lintech in 2014. Jay has held a variety of roles in his career, including regional sales representative, key account manager, sales manager, global marketing manager, director of marketing and business development, and director of sales and business development. Currently, Jay serves as VP of Sales & Business Development. Jay leads our Sales teams and Business Development team. As VP of Sales & Business Development, Jay’s efforts will be focused on strategic sales growth activities, business development initiatives and corporate account management with our customer stakeholders.

Lynne Bukovic

Vice President of Market Strategies & Principal Relations

Lynne has over 35 years of experience in the chemical industry, joining Lintech in 2023. Lynne has held a variety of roles in her career including manufacturing, R&D, sales, business & product management, marketing, materials management, and business development. Currently Lynne serves as VP of Market Strategies & Principal Relations. Lynne’s efforts are focused on developing new market strategies for Lintech.  In concert with Chuck Churn (VP Principal Relations), Lynne also develops and manages strategic relationships and growth with key principal suppliers.

Radhika Shah

Finance Manager

Radhika has over 10 years of experience in the finance industry, joining Lintech in 2023. Radhika has held a variety of roles in her career including Corporate Financial Reporting, A/P and A/R process lead, IPO Strategy, and ERP Implementation. Currently Radhika serves as our Finance Manager and leads our finance and accounting teams. As Finance Manager, Radhika will be focused on payroll, accounts payable and receivables, budgeting, cash management, general ledger, inventory, banking and reconciliations, and sales and expense tracking.
