Andicor is an industry leader in the sales and distribution of specialty chemicals across Canada. The acquisition creates a new company, Lintech International Canada Ltd, DBA Andicor Specialty Chemicals. The partnership positions the two sister companies for long-term growth against the backdrop of an evolving chemical industry landscape.
Headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario Canada, Andicor was founded in December 2002 and primarily serves customers in the adhesives; sealants and elastomers; coatings and inks; composites; plastics; rubber; consumer care; and industrial specialty markets.
