His experience includes 17 years in technical manager and technical director roles for both suppliers and coating manufacturers in a global setting. Chris has a BS in Polymer Science from the University of Southern Mississippi. Based in Richmond, Virginia, Chris is a Sales-Product champion on the national level for the supplier and customer alike.

Brian has over 18 years of technical and managerial experience supporting markets such as Coatings & Printing Inks, Release Coatings & Silicone PSAs, Home & Personal Care, and Specialty Fluids. His experience stretches across product improvement, technology innovations, and technical support through laboratory roles ranging from staff chemist to technical team leader. Brian has a BS in Chemistry from Wofford College and is based in Fort Mill, SC. He is a Product Manager with national engagement for the supplier and customer alike.

With proven expertise in sales, market research, pay-per-click (PPC) strategy, marketing, and product development, Will combines data-driven insight with customer-focused solutions to support growth across key accounts. He holds a Bachelor of General Studies (BGS) with a focus on Public Relations and Marketing, emphasizing sales, from Georgia Southern University. Will’s experience and commitment to client success make him a valuable resource at Lintech International.

Thomas has over 17 years of experience in the chemical industry, joining Lintech in 2017. Before joining Lintech, he held roles of increasing responsibility in R&D, technical, and sales leadership. In his current capacity, Thomas analyzes market trends, identifies growth opportunities, and creates category plans to drive business results. Thomas holds a B.Sc. in Biology and an MBA from Texas Wesleyan University. Based out of Dallas/Fort Worth, he serves as an SME at the national level.

KERRY DEMELLA
Senior Manager, Marketing & Product Strategy

Leading marketing and product strategy, Kerry brings her wealth of experience working at the intersection of science, strategy, and communication. Prior to joining Lintech, she worked at Gelest where she led the Applications R&D group, worked closely with customers to solve technical challenges, and led the development of a new website for improved technical communication and customer experience. Across these initiatives, she worked closely with executive leadership to develop strategic initiatives to bridge science and business. Kerry holds a Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Maryland, where she focused on emergent properties in polymer capsules, and has a number of technical publications and patents.

As the Corporate Account Manager, her focus is on coordinating efforts between key national accounts and the Lintech team for achieving collaborative strategic priorities. Dawn has a BS in Business Management from West Chester University and is based in San Diego, CA.

Heath has over 15 years of experience in the chemical industry, joining Lintech in 2024. Heath has held a variety of roles in his career, including regional sales representative, key account manager, sales manager, business manager, and director of sales and business development. Currently, Heath serves as Regional Sales Manager with the responsibility of leading the team in the Northeast and part of the Midwest region. As a regional sales manager, Heath’s efforts will be focused on strategic sales growth activities, business development initiatives, and overall account management with our internal and external customers.

Christina has over 10 years of technical sales and account management experience in the CASE market, from both the manufacturing side and the distribution side. She has 8 years of additional experience as a lab chemist and in engineering sales. Christina has a BS in chemistry and environmental science from Muhlenberg College and an MBA&E from Lehigh University. Based out of Hollywood, FL, Christina covers accounts in south Florida and the Caribbean.

In her prior role, Janna was an Account Manager for Sealed Air – Cryovac selling to the food packaging materials and equipment market. Before this role, she was a Regional Sales Manager for American Biltrite selling specialty industrial rubber products which is alignment with our Parker Lord Chemlok rubber bonding adhesives product line. Janna also has worked with Huber and Univar in her prior work experience. She graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communications.

JARROD MOSKOLA

In his prior role, Jarrod was an Account Manager for Brenntag Specialties selling specialty chemicals into the CASE markets. Before this role, he was a Regional Sales Manager for ChemDAQ selling chemical detection and exposure equipment in the healthcare and food and beverage industries. Jarrod graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.

ADRIANA GÓMEZ

Adriana Gómez is a Chemical Engineer with 5+ years of experience in the B2B chemical industry. She has held commercial and technical roles at leading global companies such as BASF, SunChemical and Dow, managing key accounts, global clients, and regional distribution channels across North and Latin America. Her expertise spans pigments, polyethylene, lamination adhesives, and plastic compounding solutions. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Commercial and Sales Management, Adriana combines technical knowledge with strategic sales leadership to drive growth and build lasting customer relationships in highly competitive markets. Based in South Elgin, IL, she serves as a Sales Associate for Lintech’s Midwest region.
