CHRIS HOWARD

Technical Manager

Chris has over 20 years of technical, sales, and managerial experience in the coatings and printing ink markets.  His experience includes 17 years in technical manager and technical director roles for both suppliers and coating manufacturers in a global setting.  Chris has a BS in Polymer Science from the University of Southern Mississippi. Based in Richmond, Virginia, Chris is a Sales-Product champion on the national level for the supplier and customer alike.

BRIAN CASEY

Technical Manager

Brian has over 18 years of technical and managerial experience supporting markets such as Coatings & Printing Inks, Release Coatings & Silicone PSAs, Home & Personal Care, and Specialty Fluids. His experience stretches across product improvement, technology innovations, and technical support through laboratory roles ranging from staff chemist to technical team leader. Brian has a BS in Chemistry from Wofford College and is based in Fort Mill, SC. He is a Product Manager with national engagement for the supplier and customer alike.

THOMAS BARTON

Product Manager/Key Accounts

Thomas has over 17 years of experience in the chemical industry, joining Lintech in 2017. Before joining Lintech, he held roles of increasing responsibility in R&D, technical, and sales leadership. In his current capacity, Thomas analyzes market trends, identifies growth opportunities, and creates category plans to drive business results. Thomas holds a B.Sc. in Biology and an MBA from Texas Wesleyan University. Based out of Dallas/Fort Worth, he serves as an SME at the national level.

KERRY DEMELLA

Senior Manager, Marketing & Product Strategy

As a product manager, Kerry brings her wealth of experience working at the intersection of science, strategy, and communication. Prior to joining Lintech, she worked at Gelest where she led the Applications R&D group, worked closely with customers to solve technical challenges, and led the development of a new website for improved technical communication and customer experience. Across these initiatives, she worked closely with executive leadership to develop strategic initiatives to bridge science and business. Kerry holds a Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Maryland, where she focused on emergent properties in polymer capsules, and has a number of technical publications and patents.

Dawn has over 20 years of experience in the chemical and plastics industry including customer service, sales, new business development and national account management.  As the Corporate Account Manager, her focus is on coordinating efforts between key national accounts and the Lintech team for achieving collaborative strategic priorities. Dawn has a BS in Business Management from West Chester University and is based in San Diego, CA.

Sales Manager

Ross has over 15 years of technical sales, sales management, and marketing experience in the coatings industry. He has worked for several Fortune 500 coatings manufacturers selling raw materials into the CASE markets, in addition to writing specifications for coatings materials. Ross has a BA in Economics from the University of Tennessee Knoxville, and an MBA. Based outside of Orlando, Florida, Ross manages the Southwest and Southeast Technical Sales Team.

ANDREW VAN BRUNT

Key Account Manager

Andrew has over 6 years of technical experience in the pulp and paper industry. Andrew has a BS in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University and is working on his MBA at Lamar University. Based in Orange, TX, Andrew is a Business Development Representative responsible for discovering opportunities to grow existing business as well as identifying new opportunities for current products throughout the Southwest.

Greg has over 27 years of technical sales experience in both the industrial and specialty chemical markets. His experience across a broad range of industries is especially useful to a diverse customer base. Greg is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a BS in Finance. Based in Tulsa, OK, Greg supports Oklahoma and Arkansas accounts.

KYLE WENDEL

Senior Technical Sales Representative

Kyle has over 25 years of technical sales, sales and marketing, and business management experience in the chemical industry.  His experience at two global chemical manufacturing organizations, and in specialty chemical distribution, provides customer support across multiple markets.  Kyle has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Rice University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.  Based in the Houston area, Kyle is responsible for southern Texas and northern Louisiana.

ALEX MARTINEZ

Sales Associate

Alex has 6 years of experience in sales and business development, most notably in the private equity and commercial construction industries. Focused on exceptional customer service, her background reflects a strong consultative approach toward building attentive relationships with each of her accounts. Alex holds a BA in Media Advertising and a Masters in Communications from University of Texas El Paso. Based in Dallas-Fort Worth, Alex supports accounts throughout North and Central Texas.

Brandon has over 13 years of technical sales, sales and marketing, and business management experience on a global setting. His experience at a major injection molding manufacturing facility in the agriculture industry and experience at an engineered plastics distribution company provides customer support across multiple markets. Brandon has a BA in Spanish and Geography from Texas Tech University and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Based in Dallas, Brandon supports accounts throughout the Southwest.

Andrea has 10 years of technical sales experience in specialty chemicals with a strong background in paints and coatings. She has additional technical experience in microbiology and environmental regulations. Andrea has a Chemical Engineering degree from Auburn University. Based in the Macon office, Andrea handles inside technical sales for all markets in the Southeast, Southwest and West.
